sourdough tips
- enjoy within 2-3 days for optimal freshness & flavor
- freeze bread in a sealed bag for up to 6 months, and slice before freezing for easy portioning.
- revive stale bread by running underwater and heating it in the oven at 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes
- store in a paper bag or bread box to preserve freshness
- avoid storing in refrigerator as it can dry out the bread.
- refresh frozen bread by thawing at room temp or toating slices on the defrost setting
